A class action lawsuit has been filed in Sioux City over a sewer and storm drain system failure.
The lawsuit involves more than 200 families who had their homes flooded in 2004. The suit claims that the city was negligent when they did not offer adequate flood protection for the homes in the basin areas. The trial has been sent for May 16.
